- The Owner's decision to hire HCS is primarily based on our achievement of the budget we provide to them. It is imperative that we "keep our promise" and there will be no tolerance of not achieving budgeted operating profits.
- HCS is also charged with the responsibility of safeguarding the Owner's assets. This safeguarding of assets includes implementing required financial controls, effective and proactive facility maintenance, ensuring a safe and secure environment, effectively managing risks involving employment issues or associate training and maintaining a safe and secure workplace.

- HCS has a commitment to training that includes a basic orientation of all associates, specific task training and personal skills training. This commitment is supported by the corporate infrastructure that was created to provide professional training by management executives on a regular scheduled basis. Each general manager is to ensure that all hotel management and hourly associates receive training on an ongoing basis.

This difference is a total commitment to cleanliness from the parking lot and back of the house areas to the guestroom. The difference is that 100-percent of our associates are in a clean uniform that fits and are wearing nametags and a "winning smile." This difference is that everything works-ice machines have ice, light bulbs are lit, remote controls have working batteries, sinks drain and do not drip, air conditioners operate quietly and effectively, clock radios display the correct time, etc. This attention to detail will drive our success!
